How we stay nonpartisan
Every candidate on the same race gets identical treatment: the same profile fields, the same word limits, the same order of information. We never endorse, rank, or score candidates. Party labels come from official filings with the Minnesota Secretary of State.
Positions come from candidates' own campaign materials and questionnaire responses. Record items are verifiable public facts — votes, offices held, court and campaign-finance records — each linked to its source. Social posts are shown through official platform embeds, unedited. Translations are prepared with paid community reviewers, not machine output alone.
The BallotBridge pledge
- No endorsements, ever — of any candidate, party, or ballot question.
- Every claim about a candidate's record carries a public source.
- Candidates may review their profile for factual accuracy before publication.
- Community reviewers approve every translation before it goes live.
- No political advertising. Funded by foundations and community donors.
